Four!

Grace turned 4 yesterday, and feels very adult about it. She's been waiting for this number for a long time. She requested a princess party (for the second year in a row). Her party was low-key, at home with just us, and was a lot of fun. We are so thankful for Grace! The time goes by so fast, as every parent tells you when your child is born, and they're right. It's hard to believe that we blinked and four years have passed- and in just three more of those lightning-fast time increments, she'll be getting car keys for her birthday.

We had coconut cake, which I'd never made before, and it was pretty good- Most importantly, the Princess loved it.
